  • Layaway - items over $300 with 1/3 down to reserve item and balance due in 90 days.  More expensive items may be eligible for longer periods of time. Default Results in Forfeit of all Deposits, No Returns or Refunds on Layaway items and If you miss a month & half or 45 days of paying with out written permission from the seller you Forfeit your contract on lay away items.
  • If you are not Satisfied and wish to return the item you bought you may return any item within Five days of receiving the item you will get a Full Refund minus Shipping. Check out the Guarantee section, Once a buyer receives an item and takes it apart, cleans it, tries to repair something or in any way change the original condition of the item the "return / refund" policy is entirely Null and Void, as irreparable change, damage, etc.   
  • Firearms are Sold strictly as Antiques and are not Warrantied to be safe to Fire.
  • Buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs. Shipping and insurance money will not be refunded. Item will be shipped by USPS  Priority mail or Fed EX or UPS unless you prefer another method agreed upon between buyer and seller.

  • Consignment:
    If you are interested in selling a Antique or relic collection or individual relics, you may wish to consider a consignment. It might take a little longer than selling it yourself for less but you will get top dollar for your relics and I take care of the Marketing, shipping, collecting payments and all liabilities. You get paid immediately when your items sell once the buyer is happy with the relic.
  • Consignment is this simple. You decide what you would like to have for your item, and i will do what I can do to get you a fair price for your relics.
  • My minimum Commission is 20% and there is flexibility of 15% & 10% on High Dollar items. I consistently find buyers for quality relics.
  • Also the consignors that i have dealt with & Sell for they are very happy with the length of time it takes to Sell there relics and the price i receive for there relics makes them very Happy. All items listed are guaranteed to be authentic Civil War era relics made and used in the period, Additionally every item Sold by me will be received by my customer exactly as described. I cover all damages in transit or loss in transit. No refunds unless an item is not authentic or not as described. In the case of a dispute over authenticity a refund will be made to the purchaser Only when purchaser produces a letter mailed directly and signed by said expert. This Must come from a recognized authority. A Third Party that is authority shall state in that letter Objectively and Exactly why the items under scrutiny is problematic.Buyer must contact the Seller before returning an item. All sales are final after the Five day inspection period.
